PRE and POST SESSION RECOMMENDATIONS
If you have a clearing session scheduled, there are some helpful steps you can take before and after the appointment to maximize its benefits.
It's normal to feel a bit anxious or spacey leading up to the session. Allow yourself to rest more during this time. After the appointment, it's a good idea to set aside an hour or two to give your body and mind space to integrate the experience. Taking a walk or spending time in nature can support this process. It’s also wise to avoid any activities requiring intense focus immediately after the session, as you may feel a bit disoriented.
Physically, it’s common to feel tired after the session. Refueling with nourishing foods and drinks, like electrolytes, coconut water, bone broth, vitamins, and green foods, can help restore energy. A relaxing bath with Epsom salts or using a salt scrub can aid the body in processing and releasing any residual energy. Clean sheets and towels can also help reset your environment for a restful night’s sleep. Try to refrain from discussing the session until you feel fully integrated. The way you engage with your integration process is key to creating a balanced, new normal in your life. Additionally, consider waiting a few weeks before scheduling any other healing sessions to allow this one to fully settle.
